Ziggy Z., whose full name is Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie, is an Indonesian author known for his unique and imaginative storytelling style. He began writing at the age of 16 and has published several novels, one of which is “Di Tanah Lada” (In the Land of Pepper), released in 2015.

Ziggy's works, including “In Pepper Land”, often explore complex themes such as family, trauma, and the search for identity from an unusual perspective. In his novel, he tells the story of a child named Awi who has a different worldview from adults. Ziggy's language is recognized by critics and readers as his main strength; he is able to present a dark and touching storyline with an innocent and magical tone, making his work stand out among other fiction novels in Indonesia. His ability to craft words has earned him several awards, including the Jakarta Arts Council Novel Writing Competition in 2014, before his novel was published.
